Tibicen Angel ()

More commonly known as the Keyhole Angel, or Melas Angel, the Tibicen Angel is not one of the more common Angelfish in the ornamental fish hobby. Feeding heavily on algae and diatoms, the Tibicen Angel needs plenty of live rock and hiding places. Due to its relatively larger size for a Pygmy Angel, the Tibicen Angel should be the only Pygmy Angel in a tank, unless placed in a tank of 100 gallons or more. The Tibicen may nip at corals and clams, so please use caution if introducing to a reef tank.
